Individual therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform, minimize, or hold everything together. It’s a place to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel genuinely seen and heard. Together, we explore the emotional, relational, and internal experiences that shape how you move through the world without judgment and at a pace that feels safe and respectful of your nervous system.
I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, loneliness, life transitions, trauma, relationship patterns, self-worth challenges, and emotional burnout. Many of my clients are highly capable, caring people who feel disconnected from themselves or resentful of roles they’ve outgrown. Therapy becomes a place to untangle these patterns, reconnect with your needs, and begin responding to your life with greater clarity and intention.
My clinical approach is integrative and collaborative. I draw from strengths-based and solution-focused therapy to help you identify what’s already working, emotionally focused therapy to explore attachment patterns and core emotional needs, and CBT/DBT to support insight, emotional regulation, and skill-building. I also work from a trauma-informed lens, recognizing how past experiences continue to shape present-day responses and beliefs.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief in resiliency and the innate capability every human being carries within them. Therapy is not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about helping you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have gone quiet, learned to stay small, or adapted for survival. My role is to help activate that inner capacity so you can move forward feeling more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to create.
In our sessions, you can expect a space that is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I will take time to understand your experiences, patterns, and emotional world, while also helping you make sense of how these show up in your relationships, decisions, and day-to-day life. Therapy is both a place to process and a place to build insight, emotional awareness, and practical tools develop together over time.
You can expect me to be active and engaged in our work. I will offer reflections, ask thoughtful questions, and help you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while also honoring the strengths and resilience you already carry. Depending on your needs and goals, sessions may include emotional exploration, skills for regulation and communication, reframing unhelpful beliefs, or concrete steps toward change.
Progress in therapy is rarely linear. Some sessions may feel lighter or clarifying, while others may bring up deeper emotions or moments of discomfort. All of this is part of the process. Together, we will regularly check in on what’s working, what feels challenging, and how therapy is supporting you in moving toward greater clarity, connection, and fulfillment through measurement-based progress. Over time, expect to feel more grounded, understood, and connected to what matters.
Above all, therapy is a partnership. My role is to support, guide, and challenge you when appropriate while respecting your autonomy and lived experience. The goal is not perfection, but growth, self-trust, and a deeper sense of alignment with who you are and how you want to live.

Individual therapy is especially helpful for those who have been carrying a lot on their own and are ready to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with themselves.
If individual therapy is not the best starting point, I will support you in identifying the most appropriate next step with care and intention.
